Graphite Enterprise has been investing in private equity for over 30 years. It applies the skills and disciplines of direct investment in unquoted companies to the selection and management of its portfolio of funds.
It has been managed by Graphite Capital since inception.
Funds managed by Graphite Capital acquired Kurt Geiger in Feburary 2008 for £95 million and sold it in June 2011 for £215 million, at a 73% uplift to its previous carrying value.
