Graphite Enterprise appoints new non-executive director

Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC announces the appointment of Jeremy Tigue as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mr Tigue is the fund manager of Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust plc and a deputy chairman of the Association of Investment Companies. He is the Head of Global Equities at F&C Management, which he joined in 1981.
No disclosures relating to Mr Tigue’s appointment are required to be made under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
