Non Executive Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC announces that one of its non-executive directors, Peter Dicks, has been appointed to the boards of Mears Group PLC, on 1 January 2008, and Sportingbet PLC, on 5 February 2008. Both of these appointments are non-executive and both of these companies are listed on AIM.
