NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company has been advised that on 21 September 2006, Mr M W Fane, a Director of the Company, bought 5,250 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 365.75p per share, representing 0.006% of the Company’s issued share capital.
Following this purchase, Mr Fane has a total interest of 19,250 shares in the Company representing 0.023% of the Company's issued share capital.
